Oil rotary vacuum pump (Direct vane type vacuum pump :BOP series) is oil rotary vacuum pump. This pumps are made up casing, rotor, three vane. Rotation of the pump rotor, which is mounted eccentrically in the pump cylinder, traps entering vapor between rotor vane segments. As rotation continues, vapor is compressed and discharged into the exhaust box. These pumps are one stage and direct driven. cylinder motor oil case, the front or rearcover of cylinder, and parts related to it.
