This vacuum system is for collecting all types of gas, esp. refrigerating gas unfamiliar with environment, SF6 gas for transformer. There are two kinds of collecting; directly drawing back way and vacuum applying way. One of them can be automatically chosen dependant upon appropriate pressure of a recovered target. Applications are temporary collecting system, helium gas collecting system, refrigerant gas collecting system, other gas collecting system etc.
